THE MOMENT OF CONCLUSION OF THE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damage or loss in connection with services provided by third parties, whether payment, delivery, distribution or any other services provided by third parties. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends and insists that you carefully read and comply with any terms and conditions imposed by third parties.

3. Any claims, complaints, questions, observations or allegations relating to the services, acts or omissions of third parties must be addressed directly to these
third parties only.

 

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

1. You can pay for the goods using e-banking (Bank link (Paysera) payment service),
by bank transfer. If you have paid for the Goods using e-banking (Paysera payment service)
via banks and have not received the ordered Goods, for reasons beyond our control, or if you have breached these
Terms and Conditions, the payments you have made will not be refunded.

 

DELIVERY/COLLECTION OF GOODS

1. When ordering the Goods, you may choose the method of delivery of the Goods, i.e. use a courier delivery service.

2. The goods can be collected free of charge from the branches of JSC "LJ 78" at Ozo g. 25, Vilnius (PLC "Akropolis"), Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. 49, Kaunas (PLC "Akropolis"), Taikos pl. 69, Klaipėda (PLC "Akropolis"). You will be informed by phone or by sms or email when your order is ready.

3. If you have selected a delivery service at the time of ordering, you undertake to specify the exact location and preferred time (day, hour, minutes) for delivery of the Goods.

4. Upon receipt of your order with instructions to deliver the Goods to the address, date, time specified, the Company will inform you by telephone or by text message or by email at which time your order will be delivered to you in accordance with your preferred specified delivery time. Due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, the delivery time of the Product(s) may take up to 2-2.5 hours, but the Company will use its best endeavours to ensure that the order reaches the Buyer at the time specified by the Buyer. 

5. You undertake to be present at the specified place at the time specified by the Company to receive the Goods, to accept the Goods yourself or to designate a person to accept the Goods at the time of placing the order. In the event that you (or any other person specified) are unable to accept the Goods and the Goods have been delivered to the address specified and on the basis of the other details provided by the Buyer, you shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Company in respect of the delivery of the Goods to the wrong person.

6. Delivery of goods is carried out within the city limits of Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda. Delivery distance up to 20km radius from the Seller's location (collection point). Certain distance limitations are possible according to the delivery boundaries of a particular city.

9. If an order is placed on all days of the week between 10am and 8pm, the Company or a third party shall deliver the Goods on the same day, at the latest by 10pm. 10. The Buyer may order the Goods for the next day by specifying in the order the specific day and time on which
would like to receive the Goods at the address specified.

11. In all cases, the Company shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limit for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to you or are not delivered on time through no fault of yours or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.

12. The Company shall not be liable for any act, omission or event from the time the Goods are handed over to the delivery service provider (courier). In the event that the packaging you have received is externally defective, you must inform the courier at the time of delivery of the Goods.

13. At the time of delivery of the Goods to you or your authorised person, you (or your authorised person) must inspect the condition of the consignment and the condition of the Goods(s) together with the Seller or the courier who has delivered the Goods to you, and sign the consignment handover and acceptance document. Once you have signed the handover acceptance document, the consignment and the Goods shall be deemed to have been handed over to you in good quality, and there shall be no defects in the Goods not attributable to manufacturing defects and no inconsistencies in the delivery of the Goods(s). If the Buyer, upon acceptance of the Goods, upon inspection of the Goods, does not complain to the Seller's courier (a third party) about the satisfactory quality of the Goods handed over or about any damage to the Goods
, the basis for the damage to the Goods being attributable to a defect other than a defect in the factory, the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered of the satisfactory quality and no discrepancies exist.

At the time of delivery of the Goods(s), the Buyer shall notice that the packaging of the Goods(s) (consignment) is damaged, the Goods(s) are damaged, and/or the Goods(s) are not in the right condition of completion, The Buyer must inform the Seller's courier (third party) in the presence of

SHELF LIFE OF GOODS

1. The characteristics of each Product sold by the Company are generally set out in the Product description at

2. Where the law prescribes a certain shelf life in respect of particular Goods, the Company undertakes to sell such Goods to you in such a way as to give you a realistic opportunity to make use of such Goods before the expiry of their shelf life.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

1. In the event of the return of faulty Goods (where the foodstuffs are damaged or expired on the date of delivery), the Company undertakes to take back the faulty Goods and replace them with similar Goods. In the event that the Company does not have equivalent Goods, the Company undertakes to refund the money paid by you for the Goods.

2. Defective Goods or an error must be notified to info@valentinoledai.lt on the same day
as the delivery of the Goods.

3. When returning or exchanging Goods purchased in the E-Store, you will be asked to complete the provided Return or Exchange Letter.

4. Depending on the type of Goods offered by the Company, you shall have the right to complain to the Company within the same calendar day of delivery of the Goods about any discrepancies subsequently discovered and recorded in the records. In this case, the Company undertakes to investigate the claim within 3 (three) working days and, if the claim is justified, to replace the Goods with Goods that meet the quality requirements or to refund the money paid for the Goods.

5. In all cases, money for returned Goods shall be transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.

6. Returns are not subject to the following conditions:
6.1. where the goods are perishable or have a short shelf life;
6.2. where the packaged goods have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or
hygiene reasons.

ACCOUNTABILITY

1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data you provide. If you do not provide accurate personal data
, the Company shall not be liable for the consequences arising therefrom and shall be entitled to claim direct damages from you.
